LEESBURG, VA – August 1st, 2023 – Call Center Power today announces the promotion of Brian Redden to Chief Operating Officer. In Brian’s new role, he will oversee the execution of Call Center Power’s numerous contact center consulting engagements around the world, cultivate existing and new client relationships, foster client satisfaction across all business areas, lead consultancy and outsourcing services support functions, as well as expand Call Center Power’s CCaaS/UCaaS solution and implementation capabilities and delivery.
Brian joined Call Center Power in 2020 as Vice President of Enterprise Engagement. During his tenure, he has been responsible for leading CCP’s consulting engagements in North America as well as working with our clients to ensure we always meet their expectations as well as drive expanded relationships with those clients. Brian’s contact
center career spans over 30 years. During that time, his roles have spanned the operational spectrum, from call center agent to Vice President of Operations leading large multi-site, contact center operations.
Brian led contact center organizations for many of America’s largest and most prestigious companies including United Healthcare, Toyota Motors North America and Atmos Energy.
Brian specializes in building world class organizations by driving industry leading results, improving customer satisfaction, leading call center turnarounds, and increasing revenue. Over the past three years, Brian has certainly brought all that horsepower to Call Center Power and its clientele.
