Former CloudHesive CTO and AWS Top Ambassador joins CCP to accelerate Amazon Connect and cloud contact center delivery

LEESBURG, VA. — May 5, 2026 — Call Center Power (CCP), a platform-agnostic contact center solutions firm and certified partner of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Genesys, Zoom, and Zendesk, today announced that Patrick Hannah has joined the company as Principal Product & Platform Architect.

Hannah brings more than 25 years of contact center, cloud, and managed services experience to the role, and will focus on product and platform architecture, supporting customer engagements across Amazon Connect and the broader contact center stack.

Background

Hannah most recently served as Chief Technology Officer of CloudHesive, an AWS Premier Tier consulting and managed services partner he co-founded and helped build over more than a decade. At CloudHesive, he led product management and development for SaaS platforms including ConnectPath, Centricity, and Dextr, and progressed the company’s AWS partnership to Premier Tier with 17 programs and competencies. He was the first employee accepted into the AWS Ambassador Program and received the AWS Top Ambassador Award in 2023.

Prior to co-founding CloudHesive, he served as Senior Manager of Production Engineering at Pegasystems, where he built and managed the Pega Cloud offering across more than 1,000 AWS instances supporting enterprise and government customers. Earlier in his career, he architected and operated the contact center platform at Arise Virtual Solutions, scaling it to more than 2,000 ports and 5,000 remote agents across domestic and international markets.

What This Means for CCP

In his new role, Hannah will partner closely with CCP’s sales, delivery, and managed services teams to deepen the firm’s Amazon Connect practice, mentor solutions architects, support pre-sales for enterprise and public sector pursuits, and contribute to CCP’s product and partner strategy across the AWS ecosystem.

“Patrick is one of the most respected technologists in the Amazon Connect ecosystem, and he has the rare combination of deep architecture expertise, hands-on delivery experience, and product instincts that scale a practice,” said Doug Deker, Chief Executive Officer of Call Center Power. “His arrival meaningfully strengthens our Amazon Connect practice and the customer outcomes we deliver. We could not be more excited to welcome him to the team.”

“CCP has built a reputation for honest, outcomes-focused work in a market that needs more of it,” said Patrick Hannah, Principal Product & Platform Architect at Call Center Power. “The team’s platform-agnostic perspective, strong AWS partnership, and depth across BPO sourcing and contact center technology made this an easy decision. I’m looking forward to helping our customers get the most out of Amazon Connect and the broader AWS contact center stack.”

Certifications and Industry Involvement

Hannah holds every available AWS certification, including early adopter credentials in the AI Practitioner, Generative AI Developer – Professional, and Machine Learning Engineer – Associate tracks. He is also a CISSP, CCSP, FinOps Certified Practitioner, and CMMC Registered Practitioner.

He has served as an AWS Certification subject matter expert, an AWS Partner Well-Architected Lead, and a leader of the South Florida AWS User Group, and was named an AWS Community Builder and AWStronaut. He is a member of the CMMC Day Program Committee, IEEE, ACM, OWASP, and InfraGard.
